Below are three videos from All Canadian Trapeze
on August 15, 2002 during our honeymoon. In the first flight (attempt), they coached us on the basic
trapeze motions. We practiced swinging, hanging by our knees, and reaching out for a transfer to a
professional catcher. If the first flight goes well and we feel confident, the next flights can be
transfers.

Lynford's 4th flight. Timing is important. In flights 2, 3, and 4 he was unable to get
his knees tucked on the first pass and so he was not ready to transfer on the second pass. |
